We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the beach, and we enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay personalized and special. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from cooking delicious local food to organizing trips and even removing geckos from our room in the evening. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely shower providing hot water and good pressure. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. In terms of location, we were near the sea shore and had easy access to explore the Trivandrum area.

Hotel left most of time in charge of 2 young students whilst owner and wife away. Dinner often served up to 2 hrs late, and food badly cooked. No menu available. Rooms not cleaned. Place a bit like Faulty Towers out of a Monty Python sketch. Lovely quiet beach setting with a few fishing boats ,50 mts from sea through palm trees. About10 mls away from picturesque fishing village and back waters or other resturants. When on last day owner and wife returned they were helpful and place returned to sanity. If you are on a diet and and just want to chill out on beach give it a try. Breakfast with fruit and pancakes OK

food was superb, staff was useful. view from the window to the sea. the pool was really nice. we loved the fact that we chose palmleaves beach resort.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hidden gem by the beach. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money were outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including AC, TV, and a fridge. The location, nestled among towering palms on a pristine beach, provided a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea. The breakfast, included in the stay, was a delightful feast featuring freshly caught fish.

All was perfect; I couldn't ask for more.

This is a family run hotel and the friendliness and standard of care was excellent. The food was fresh and good quality and the service was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. The location was stunning.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, as its right by the beach and the surrounding area is natural, soothing and full of palm trees. You can also enjoy walking by the beautiful beach during mornings and sunbathing when the sun is not too strong. The hotel also offers a traditional performance that is quite interesting to watch. The staff are fair, and the owners are trustworthy and happy to help with your holiday planning.

The rooms at this hotel are unsatisfactory. The furniture is outdated and the room tends to be dirty.

The preparedness of the proprietor and his staff to go to great lengths to inform us and make our stay as comforable and enjoyable as possible.

It was a great location and decently maintained suites.

Areas for improvement: Running hot water (was not available at all times), wireless internet (could get only at the corner of the dining hall) and overpriced food (non- vegetarian items)!.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right next to the beach on the beautiful virgin beach looking onto the Arabian Sea, it offers a peaceful and quiet getaway. The hotel is in a serene area, perfect for relaxation.

They gave us a room at 4am although check in was at 2pm and provided breakfast at 11.30.

Extremly difficult to find hotel. Not even a sign out side. Bed very hard and uncomfortable, sheets very scruffy and stained. Only one small towel. Room & bathroom very sparten. Only one neon light in ceiling. Buildng work started out side our room at 6.30. Beach was dirty and unkempt. Nothing to do in surrounding area. We had planned to stay two days but left after a few hours as was impossible to sleep, uncomfortable and we were miles away from anywhere nice. Hotel bore little ressemblance to web site.

I liked the remote feeling even though it was a 20 minute drive to a busy indian city like Trivandrum. I loved the 50 meters to beach and watching the net fisherman at work in the Early morning. The traditional south indian breakfStcwas delicious.

Amazing location right by the sea with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The service was sometimes slow, particularly with food orders.

Great Location seafacing rooms and beautiful swimming pool are the most attractive. The hotel is closed to the beach. Just 16 km from trivandrum airport. They do trip arrangements.
